98% of LGBT people feel discrimination in Bogotá


98% of people in the areas of lesbian gay bisexual and transgender (LGBT) in the capital of the country have been discriminated against or violated their rights, reports the largest study in Colombia so far. The survey was conducted in 213 thousand people and by sector reveals that those who feel most discriminated against are lesbians.

The 99 out of 100 say they have been discriminated against and their rights violated. The same says 97.34% of 'gays', 96.39% of bisexual, and 99.68% for transgender people, of these, 54.48%.

One million signatures to get gay marriage throughout Europe


One Million Signatures endorsed the request of an equal marriage across the European Union. To this end ExpoGays presented yesterday to mark the World Day Against Homophobia, a campaign that will launch a citizens' initiative in favor of gay marriage in Europe.
